Terms of Service

By accessing, downloading, or using the Anonowl website and audio communication services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

Anonowl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The Service is strictly intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using Anonowl, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under applicable laws.

Access by anyone under the age of 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these Terms. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Accounts suspected of being used by minors will be terminated without notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all audio content and communications transmitted during your use of the Service.

You agree NOT to use Anonowl to transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content; harm minors in any way; impersonate any person or entity; transmit spam or unsolicited advertising; transmit malicious software; violate any applicable law; or record conversations without the explicit consent of all parties involved.

Anonowl operates on a principle of data minimization. We do not record, store, or archive the content of audio conversations. Once a session is terminated, the audio data is irretrievable.

The Service utilizes WebRTC and Relay technologies to facilitate communication. While we employ measures to protect user privacy, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

You retain all rights to the audio content you generate. By using the Service, you grant Anonowl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transmit such content purely for the purpose of facilitating communication between you and your connection partner.

The Anonowl name, logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Anonowl and may not be used without prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Anonowl expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Anonowl makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements; will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Anonowl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, statements or conduct of any third party, or any other matter relating to the Service.

Anonowl is an interactive computer service provider under 47 U.S.C. § 230. We are not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider. We are immune from liability for the content of user communications.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anonowl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

Anonowl reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Service, ban your IP address, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
